Free Supplier Quality-First QMS
A complete starting structure for manufacturers and product companies that need to control requirements, suppliers, inspection, nonconformance, corrective action, and the internal QMS processes that support them.
What Is Included
This is not a small collection of isolated forms. The package is organized as a working system with supplier quality at the center and the supporting QMS around it.
Supplier Quality Manual
Supplier responsibilities, requirement hierarchy, flow-down, traceability, change control, special processes, pre-shipment evidence, containment, SCAR/8D, scorecards, audits, development, and escalation.
Supplier Qualification
Risk classification, questionnaires, audits, capability review, approved supplier controls, supplier quality agreements, and re-evaluation.
Launch & Approval
APQP-lite, process flow, PFMEA-lite, control plans, PPAP/FAI expectations, sample approval, production readiness, and supplier quality planning.
Inspection & Release
Receiving inspection, first-piece inspection, in-process/final inspection, pre-shipment review, COA/document review, lot traceability, Quality Hold, acceptance, and release records.
NCR / CAPA / SCAR
Nonconformance, containment, disposition, root cause, 8D, corrective action, verification of effectiveness, controlled shipping, and recurrence prevention.
Core QMS
Quality manual, document and record control, training, calibration, internal audit, management review, risk, change control, customer complaints, records, and implementation guidance.
The Folder Structure Is Part of the System
The download is organized so a company can extract it and immediately have a sensible QMS directory structure instead of a flat folder full of templates. Supplier Quality is positioned near the front because it is the operational center of the package.
The forms and registers are editable. The procedures are written as practical starting documents, not as claims that every requirement automatically applies to every company. Each organization should review its products, customers, regulatory obligations, processes, risks, and certification goals before adopting the documents as controlled procedures.
Free Quality & Supplier Self-Evaluation
Not sure where your biggest quality gaps are? Start with the free Excel self-evaluation. It uses plain-English questions, automatic scoring, and an action-plan tab to help a small product business identify what to fix first.

Need Help Implementing It?
The documents are only the framework. The harder work is defining requirements, adapting the system to the actual business, qualifying suppliers, creating inspection criteria, training people, and making the controls part of daily work.
