The work is led by Jeff McDonald, a manufacturing quality professional with experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, audits, CAPA and root cause, first-piece and inspection systems, document and change control, calibration, launch planning, and QMS implementation.

Our approach is intentionally hands-on. We start by defining the requirement, understanding how the work actually happens, and identifying where the control system breaks down. From there, we build the smallest practical system that prevents recurrence and produces objective evidence that the process is working.
